Fee terms disclosed by issuers
- At the conclusion of the Offering, the Issuer shall pay the Intermediary a cumulative cash fee from gross proceeds as follows: 0% up to $100,000; 3.4% from $100,001 through $1,500,000; 2.5% from $1,500,001 through $3,000,000; and 2.0% above $3,000,000.
- Cash fee equal to the greater of $15,000 and 6% of aggregate amount raised in the Offering; for single investment in the amount $150,000 or more directly sourced and introduced shall be 3% of investment amount. Issuer paid one-time $20,000 to intermediary.
